Here's a quick overview of the Forced Breath Method.

CLEAR YOUR CRYSTAL
1. Bring your mind to a place of clarity and connection with the crystal.
2. Inhale deeply, filling your diaphragm, hold your breath and focus on the intention of clearing for 1-2 seconds
3. In a sudden, forced exhale blow all of all your breath onto the crystal as if blowing out a flame.
4. Holding your crystal, still connected with intention, ask the crystal if it is fully cleared. A pendulum can also be used to get this answer.
CHARGE YOUR CRYSTAL
1. Bring your mind to a place of clarity and connection with the crystal, becoming one with the crystal.
2. Bring your intentions to mind and see yourself infusing these intentions into the crystal.
3. Using the Forced Breath you will program your crystal the same way you cleared it.
